Q: How long does it take for your personalized orders to be shipped out after the order is received?

A: Usually, your order can be shipped within one (1) week of receiving the order.

Q: How much does the embroidery cost?

A: Embroidery will range a lot depending on what you are looking for. Rule of thumb is $1.00 per thousand stitches.

Q: What can be customized and personalized to what I want?

A: Just about anything can be customized and personalized. Names, words, dates, etc. may be added to nearly everything (additional charges may apply). Just make sure that we know what you desire and we will get it done!  

Q: Can we view all of the stock embroidery designs on the web?

A: Yes, the majority of our designs are purchased from Dakota Collectibles and Great Notions. Simply go to their websites, www.dakotacollectibles.com and www.greatnotions.com. Both companies have search capabilities on the left margins of their websites. When you search and locate a design that you would like to use, simply note the file number and send it to us so we will be able to find the correct design (usually two letters followed by four numbers). Colors may be changed.

Q: What thread colors are the designs done in?

A: If you would like a specific color of lettering, just specify it in your order. This is very common with wedding blankets. If you do not specify a color, we will choose the colors that look best.

Q: What can be done with my business logo or other design?

A: A business logo or other design cannot be simply scanned in and then embroidered. It must be digitized first for our custom embroidery machine to recognize it. In this process, every stitch is put into the design. The cost of this process is approximately $50-$75, depending on the difficulty of the design. Turn around time is anywhere from 3 days and up.
